Skill level (we chose this naming because any terminology would be twisted around):
Tier 0 needs to work on basic fundamentals such as spacing, rhythm, etc
Tier 1 knows some fundamentals but struggles to put them into practice and has room to improve
Tier 2 knows most fundamentals but needs work on finetuning and more advanced concepts
